Powder Coating.
No matter if it is a flat plate or an intricate part, we understand the need to produce a consistent quality product, each time… on time. Our fully automated plant is geared to high volume, repetitive runs. With a production capacity of up to 30 000m² per single 8 hour shift per month, we embrace the challenge of high volume and consistent quality production.
We use the latest technology available to powder coat a wide range of material types. Every product has its own unique system settings to provide optimum powder coverage and consistency. These settings are saved on file and can be recalled whenever the same product is supplied to us to be coated. This reduces human error, speeds up turn-around times and ensures maximum consistency for our customers.
Full automation keeps human intervention (and human error) to a minimum. Products are manually jigged prior to pre-treatment. Once the fully automated pre-treatment process is complete, the products are manually loaded onto a conveyor prior to coating and offloaded once the fully automated coating process is complete.
Quick colour change booths allow for fast and efficient colour changes. We can therefore offer customers a multitude of colour options, textures and finishes with a short turn-around time.
