Quality Assurance & Control

We are proud to be ISO 9001:2015 certified and work continuously to improve our systems and processes. Our comprehensive Quality Management System forms an integral part of our service offering with each member of the team being responsible for the quality of the product they produce.

Our dedicated Quality Assurance Manager and his team are responsible for implementing and maintaining our thorough Quality Assurance program and reports directly to the Managing Director to ensure complete independence from our production function.

We are continuously conducting a number of checks, inspections and tests throughout the production process. These include: visual inspections, adhesion test, paint thickness test, impact resistance test and bend test. We use all these tests to ensure a consistent quality product is produced for our customers.
